This hotel was unfortunately the low point of my trip to Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan. The room was fitted with cheap furnishings, and the bathroom was in a poor state with a persistent unpleasant odor. While the location is somewhat convenient, especially with a shopping center nearby, it doesn't make up for the inadequate experience. Breakfast was very limited, and I encountered issues with the Wi-Fi, which did not work during my stay. Given the price, I expected much better.

The room was regular size and fairly clean, but the furniture felt cheap and uncomfortable, and it even smelled like someone had smoked in it. Overall, it was not ideal.

Although the staff were polite and accommodating, I had to wait for the room cleaning staff to approve that the room was 'okay' before I could check out.

The location was a bit far from the city center, though close to a large shopping center, which was a plus.
